MAXINE “MAX” HULL WOLF GRIFFIN, 64
MAXINE “MAX” HULL WOLF GRIFFIN, 64, died Tuesday, March 2, 2004, at her Fort Wayne residence. She was born January 27, 1940, in Fort Wayne. She worked at American Legion Post #241, and previously at Gouloffs, Nick’s Rib Room, and also in Quality Control at Universal Plated Plastics. She was a member of Church of the Divine Science, American Legion Post #241, AMVETS and VFW.
Surviving are her husband, Lonnie Griffin of Fort Wayne; sons, Richard (Wanda) Wolf Jr. of Petersburg, Ill., Douglas M. Wolf of Fort Wayne, Dennis A. (Mandy) Wolf of Springfield, Ill.; daughter, Daphne M. (Jim) Cole of Mansfield, Ohio; brothers, Donald Hull, David Hull and Ronald Hull, all of Fort Wayne, Kenneth Hull of Hamilton, Frank Hull of Story Lake; sister, Donna Scott of Fort Wayne; sisters-in-law, Joyce Riddill of Rising Sun, Carol Whitaker of Dillsboro; and brother-in-law, Gary Griffin of Dillsboro; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Richard Wolf; son, Daren Wolf; brothers, Albert, Thomas and Eugene Hull; and grandson, James D. Cole Jr.
Service was Saturday, March 6th at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Riley Children’s Hospital or American Cancer Society.
