RALPH G. PAETZ, 82
RALPH G. PAETZ, 82, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, January 15, 2006, at his residence. Born February 12, 1923, in Allen County, he retired from Magnavox as a Technical Illustrator, in 1988. He was a World War II Veteran serving in the Army Corps, in the Intelligence Division. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church. He enjoyed history and participated in Civil War Reenactments.
Surviving are his wife, Gloria Paetz of Fort Wayne; son, Matthew Paetz of Fort Wayne; daughters, Teresa (Larry) Bower and Rebecca Gregory, both of Fort Wayne; sister, Eleanor (Charles) Wiles of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Funeral service was Thursday, January 19, at Peace Lutheran Church, 4900 Fairfield Avenue, Fort Wayne. Visitation was Wednesday, January 18, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne.
Memorials to Permanent Endowment Fund of Unity Lutheran School or Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home.
