DICK ALAN SAUER, 62

DICK ALAN SAUER, 62, of Fort Wayne, passed away July 3, 2015 at his home. He was born October 27, 1952 in Richmond, Indiana. He worked in warehousing, manufacturing, and construction. He worked at International Harvester for 9 years and retired from D & W Fine Pack.

He is survived by his sons, Benjamin Todd Sauer and Nicholas Alan (Joni) Sauer, both of Fort Wayne; father, Buryl Dean Sauer of Fort Wayne; sister, Jennifer Stith of Fort Wayne; brothers, Ned (Debra) Sauer and Jonathan (Nancy) Sauer, both of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Carmen, Corinne, Cameron, Jayla, and Trinity; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette (Boyd) Sauer; wife, Virginia Faye (Wise) Sauer; and nephew, Scott Sauer.

Funeral service was on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 1:00pm at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809 with calling 1 hour prior. Calling was also on Thursday, July 9, 2015 from 6 to 8pm.

Burial at Lindenwood Cemetery.
