EVELYN WINFRED CASTON, 93
EVELYN WINFRED CASTON, 93, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2011 at Lutheran Hospital. Evelyn was born May 16, 1918 in Chicago, Illinois of the late Carl and Selma (Nimmer) Trzynka. On July 28, 1940, she married John William Caston; he preceded her in death.
Ms. Caston was a graduate of Ossian High School. She attended Bethany Lutheran Church.
She was a loving and devoted Christian, Wife, Mother and Grandmother.
She is survived by two sons, Douglas of South Lake, Texas and Gerald of Fort Wayne; two daughters Sharon Murbach of Columbia City and Sylvia Will of Vancouver, Washington; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; two sisters Ardis and Marilyn; two brother Eugene and James.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers Norman and Harold.
Service was 11:00 am on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Bethany Lutheran Church with calling 30 minutes before. Visitation also from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Friday at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Rd., Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
