EANNETTE M. GORDON, 89
EANNETTE M. GORDON, 89, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, October 23, 2015 at Kingston Residence. She was born January 27, 1926 in Fulton County, Ohio, daughter of the late Harry and Emma (Schroeder) Meyer. She had worked at International Harvester, Wolf & Dessauer, L. S. Ayres, and retired in 1988 from Lincoln National Bank. She was an active member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, where she enjoyed being part of the Nimble Needles Quilting Club.
Surviving are her daughter, Kathryn (Bruce) White of Fort Wayne; sister, Mary Vogel of Defiance, Ohio; grandchildren, Christopher White, Elisabeth Ehinger, and Laura White; great grandchildren, Theodore, Clement, Alyssa, Ana; and great great grandson, David.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Harold A. Gordon in 2008; son, Thomas Ben Gordon in 1970; and siblings, Raymond Meyer, Alberta Springer, Delorus Vosz, Esther Dettmer, Harry Meyer, Joan Schwartz.
Funeral service was Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 10 AM at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 1819 Reservation Dr., Fort Wayne, IN with visitation 1-hour prior. Visitation also Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809.
Burial in Eel River Cemetery.
