In the Spring, the trees are given a coat predominately of one color; and in the Fall of the year, they become a rainbow of colors before offering their leaves to The Earth Mother to enrich and nourish the soil.‑ It is good to make a circle of the fallen leaves and to sit in the center of the rainbow of color, and when standing again, look up at the trees with their bare branches and say “Thank You.”
