MINNIE NOREEN FREIMUTH, 88
MINNIE NOREEN FREIMUTH, 88, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday, January 1, 2004, at Kingston Care Center, Fort Wayne. She was born January 29, 1915, in Wells County. She worked in packaging for Peter Eckrich & Sons, retiring after 28 years, in 1977 and she attended South Wayne Baptist Church.
Surviving are her sons Ralph E. Freimuth of Fort Wayne, Layne E. Freimuth of Hoagland and Lyle D. Freimuth of Fort Wayne; daughters Linda J. Dittel of St. Paul, MN and Janice L. Freimuth of Mukwonago, WI; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grand-children; and six great-great-grand-children.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph F. Freimuth, in 1989; parents Nathaniel M. & Treva M. (Wickliffe) Prough; four brothers; and two sisters.
Service was held on Wednesday, January 7 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Funeral Home, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial at Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials to South Wayne Baptist Church.
