PHYLLIS NUSBAUM, 62
Phyllis Nusbaum, 62, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, at her home in Fort Wayne. “Loving wife, mother and grandmother.” Born July 16, 1941, in Jackson Township, she retired from GTE Phone Mart. She was a member of Waynedale Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, her grandchildren and church.
She is survived by her husband Ralph J. Nusbaum of Fort Wayne; daughters Brenda (Al) Bowen of Cheltenham, MD, Vicki (Tom) Spurling and Deborah Roberts, both of Fort Wayne; brothers Richard E. Baker of Fort Wayne, Darwin L. Baker of New Haven; sister Dolores Putman of Fort Wayne; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother George Baker.
Services were held on Monday, December 15, 2003 at Waynedale Baptist Church, 633 Lower Huntington Road. Visitation was Sunday, December 14, 2003 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, Waynedale. Burial at Prairie Grove Cemetery. Memorials to Waynedale Baptist Church Building Fund or Parkview Hospice.
