CHARLES A. KRUSE, 87
Charles A. Kruse, 87, died Tuesday, September 25 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Allen County, he was a truck driver for McLean Special Commodities Division and retired in 1980. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and a WWII veteran.
He is survived by his wife Noella Kruse, Fort Wayne; daughter Liliane Mertes, Fort Wayne; sons Jack Janssens, Sr., Fort Wayne; Lawrence Kruse, Fort Wayne; Gerald Kruse, Granada Hills, California; 8 Grandchildren; and 8 Great Grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday, September 29 at 10am with entombment in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church or Masses. Information furnished by Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals.
