TERRY L. POLLEY, 48

Terry L. Polley, 48, died Tuesday, February 25, 2003 at Riverbend Health Care Center in Fort Wayne. A native of Fort Wayne, he was a laborer with Zollner Corporation for 7 years and retired in 1982. He attended Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his first wife Deborah.

He is survived by his wife Sally Polley, Fort Wayne; sons Dennis & Kenneth Polley, Fort Wayne; step-sons Russell J., Greg A., Jim D. Baugher all of Fort Wayne & Brett M. Baugher of Monroeville; step-daughters Deborah K. Markowski & Noelle C. Baugher both of Fort Wayne; brother, Wayne Polley & sister Madonna Patty both of Fort Wayne; his mother Catherine Polley of Fort Wayne; several grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.

Services were held Friday, February 28, 2003 at Mt. Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church. Memorials to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church Bldg. Fund or Heartland Home Health Care & Hospice. Information furnished by D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes.
