PHYLLIS J. MONCE, 71
PHYLLIS J. MONCE, 71, of Fort Wayne, died Monday, March 14, 2005, at Golden Years Homestead. Born June 12, 1933, in Albion, and was the daughter of Ernest and Nora (May) Monce. She was employed by Canteen Corporation in vending and cafeteria service, retiring in 1993. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, and graduated from Southside High School, class of 1952.
Survived by her husband, Donald E. Monce of Fort Wayne; two sons, Jeffrey Monce of Canton, North Carolina and Daniel E. Monce of Fort Wayne; two daughters, Rhonda Saylor of Woodburn and Vicki Evans of Fortsville; five brothers, Junior Cramer of Alabama, Bob Cramer of Kendallville, Harold Cramer of Fort Wayne, Freeman Cramer of Alabama, and Louis Cramer of Columbia City; three sisters, Evelyn Herron and Peg Cramer, both of Columbia City, and Dorothy Cramer of Nice, Florida; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Service was Thursday, March 17, at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road, with the Rev. Scott Carmer officiating. Burial at Lindenwood Cemetery.
