DOROTHY M. TILBURY, 88, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, March 13, 2005, at University Park Nursing Home, Fort Wayne. Born August 24, 1916, in Fort Wayne, she was an assembly worker for General Electric Co. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 1819 Reservation Drive, Fort Wayne. Her hobbies included gardening, cooking and baking.
She was known for her kind ways, and making good cookies and pies.
Surviving are sons, Kenyon S. (Cathy) Tilbury of Tallahassee, Florida and Kevin R. (Mary) Tilbury of Fort Wayne; daughter, Karen (Duane) Kuhn of Phoenix, Arizona; sisters, Helen Barrett of Huntsville, Alabama and Frances Borell of Green Bay, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Kristine Amick of Phoenix, Arizona, Brian Tilbury of Germany; Timothy Tilbury of Fort Wayne; Kory Tilbury of Tallahassee, Florida, Anna Tilbury of Fort Wayne; and great-grandchild, Lucas Amick of Phoenix, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by Robert H. Tilbury, December 19, 1990; and brothers, Robert and Richard Scott.
Service was Friday, March 18, at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 1819 Reservation Drive, Fort Wayne. Arrangements by Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne.
