THOMAS J. FRENCH, “FRENCHIE” 60, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday, July 28, 2005. Born April 14, 1945, in Fort Wayne, he was a Machinist for Navistar, retiring in 1998. He was a Vietnam Era Army Veteran and member of AMVets 33.
“He loved his family and highly valued his friends. He never forgot those who helped or improved his life.
Survived by wife, Cynthia J. French; parents, Roger and Annabel French; son, Thomas E.K. French; daughters, Laura French, Christina (Larry) Rutledge and Angela (Dan) Grubbs, all of Fort Wayne; brother, Lynn French of Yoder; and eight grandchildren.
Service was Monday at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, 46809. Calling was from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial at Nine Mile Cemetery, with Graveside Honors by AMVet Post 33.
