CLIFTON EUGENE JARRETT, 90
CLIFTON EUGENE JARRETT, 90, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at his home. He was born September 22, 1923 in El Dorado, Kansas to the late Thomas and Addie Jarrett. He was a WWII Army veteran receiving the Purple Heart. He worked at TMX Transport before retiring in 1977. He was a member of United Faith Presbyterian Church in Fort Wayne.
He will be remembered by his family and friends for his wonderful wit and humor and he leaves many wonderful memories.
He is survived by his daughters, Sharon (Ted Minnick) Schafianski and Judi (Dan) Wire, both of Fort Wayne; step son, Fred (Karen) Wiegel of Coldwater, Michigan; grandchildren, Tonia Nolan, Thomas and Adam Schafianski, and Chase and Evan Wire; and six great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his 1st wife, Ruth Jarrett in 1975; 2nd wife, Ellen Wiegel Jarrett in 1996; and 3rd wife, Ann Harding in 2013; and son in law Carl James Schafianski.
There are no public services.
