FOURTH GRADERS DRESS UP AS SAINTS
On October 31, in honor of All Saints Day on November 1, 51 Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School 4th graders dressed up as saints for the annual Wax Museum of Saints. The “saints” donned their costumes and lined the hallways of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School. Before each saint on the floor were a cup and a “button” for visitors and other students to press. Once visitors pressed the button and gave a penny, the “wax museum saint” would come alive and tell the story of the saint they had written about and researched.
The Wax Museum of Saints took place two days after the 4th graders had worn their costumes for the annual All Diocesan Schools Mass held at the Coliseum with Bishop Kevin Rhoades.
The money collected, $292.83, was donated to St. Mary’s Soup Kitchen.
