SUPPORT STUDENTS TRAVELING TO GHANA
On June 4th, for the second year in a row, a group of young adults from Bishop Luers High School and Bishop Dwenger High School will be traveling to Ghana, West Africa through an organization called Teach on the Beach (www.teachonthebeach.org).
In efforts to raise funds to support this worthy cause of creating and growing sustainable education we will be hosting our second annual Silent Auction.
This year it will feature a “Taste of Fort Wayne” theme presenting food and drinks from restaurants around the area. The auction items will include gift cards, local artwork, Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo passes and behind the scenes tour, authentic Ghanaian artwork, and much more. There will be live music from local artist Felix Moxter, a 50/50 raffle, as well as Teach on the Beach t-shirts for sale.
Come on out and support this fantastic group of young adults and a great organization.
Hope to see you there!
