ALICE J. BURT, 83

January 18, 2013 The Waynedale News Staff

ALICE J. BURT, 83, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Lutheran Life Villages in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born to the late Jesse and Louise (Heath) Tunison in Virginia on June 4, 1929.

She is survived by two sons, Harry (Dianna) Burt of Fort Wayne and James (Dina) Burt of Palmyra, Pennsylvania; one daughter, Suzanne Rush of Plane City, Ohio; two grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Tunison and Johnny Tunison; and two sisters Ellen Newberry and Jane Backstrom.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lyndell H. Burt.

Burial was in Lindenwood Cemetery.
