WILLIAM L. “BILLY O.” OSTERHOLT, 5
WILLIAM L. “BILLY O.” OSTERHOLT, 59, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2010, at MD Anderson Hospital, Houston, Texas. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the owner of Ajax Tool Inc. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Church and Orchard Ridge Country Club.
He was an avid golfer who loved his family and enjoyed gardening and fishing. He was also an accomplished Marathon runner.
He is survived by his wife, Kim Osterholt of Fort Wayne; son, William Osterholt Jr. of Fort Wayne; stepdaughter, Christina Mixtaj of Fort Wayne; stepson, Jeffrey Stevens of Auburn; grandchildren, Penelope and Mikayla; siblings, Steve (Janet) Osterholt of Roanoke, Jen (Dick) McComb of Canton, Georgia, Ann Woodfill of Fort Wayne, twin brother – Robert (Jane) Osterholt of Angola, Mary (Roger) Williams of Gustavus, Alaska, Jerome (Debbie) Osterholt of Roanoke, Jane (Hank) Roberts of Ithaca, N.Y., and Tom (Erin) Osterholt of San Antonio, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Marjorie Osterholt; and brother, John Osterholt.
Mass of Christian Burial was 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4500 South Fairfield Avenue, with calling one hour prior. Fr. Cyril Fernandes officiating. Calling was also from 1 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Mungovan & Sons Memorial Chapel, 2114 South Calhoun Street, with Rosary at 8:30 p.m. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
