PAUL TIMOTHY “TIM” RANES, 65
PAUL TIMOTHY “TIM” RANES, 65, of Fort Wayne, died Monday, February 18, 2008, at Hospice Home. He was born on December 22, 1942, in Indianapolis. He was a Vietnam Era Army veteran and retired from Allen County Juvenile Probation Department after 23 years of service.
He enjoyed bowling, golf and landscaping. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife, Nina M. Ranes of Fort Wayne; mother, Betty A. Ranes of Fort Wayne; daughter, Stephanie M. (Dustin) Reid of Fort Wayne; brother, Ronnie Ranes of Alabama; sisters, Jaqueline Young of Beaverton, Oregon and Juanita Bertolet of Greenwood, Indiana; and grandchildren, Zachary, Aubree and Logan Reid, all of Fort Wayne.
Funeral service was Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 1819 Reservation Drive, Fort Wayne. The Rev. Donald Porter officiating. Calling was Friday, February 22, 2008 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
