Robert Heimman and Ray Sorg folded Charles’ flag, as an explanation of the significance of each fold was read by Stanley Williams. A picture of Charles with the flag was on the table.

Pat Fager, Charles’ daughter-in-law and her husband Cordill will be presenting this display to the National Veterans Shrine at 2122 O’Day Road, in Fort Wayne, at the opening of the museum in May.
