DONNA SCHWALM, 50
DONNA SCHWALM, 50, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday, June 2, 2005, at Lutheran Hospital. Born February 2, 1955, in Fort Wayne, she worked at Victor Reinz, Avilla.
Surviving are her mother, Laura LaFever; son, David (Kim) Schwalm of Ossian; daughters, Dawn Schwalm and Debbie Schwalm, both of Fort Wayne; sisters, Patricia Magner of Kankakee, Illinois, Dianna Whitcomb of New Haven, Cindy Wheeler and Linda Buroff, both of Fort Wayne; and grandsons, Logan and Austin, both of Ossian.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale E. Schwalm, in 1999; and father, Paul LaFever.
Funeral service was Monday, June 6, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery.
