OREL A. SPRUNGER, 85

Orel A. Sprunger, 85, died December 31, 2002 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Berne, Indiana, he was in flight operations with Essex Wire 14 years and an office manager with Trans American Freight Lines for 16 years. He retired in 1980. Orel was a WWII army veteran and a member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church.

Orel is survived by his wife, Ellen L. Sprunger, a daughter Suzanne Baker, and a brother, Kenneth L. Sprunger, all of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Sprunger.

Calling 1 hour before services, Saturday at the church. Visitation, Friday (1-3-03), 2-5 and 7-9PM, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals. Services Saturday, 1:00PM at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 1819 Reservation Dr., Fort Wayne. Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne. Memorials to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.
