MICHAEL J. EGTS, 57

MICHAEL J. EGTS, 57, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, April 20, 2008, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born on March 16, 1951, in Fort Wayne. He was an assembler at Reel Craft Industries, Columbia City. He served in the Air National Guard; was a member of F.O.E., Columbia City, and Air Force Sgt. Association. He enjoyed NASCAR and golfing.

Surviving are his wife, Peggy Egts of Fort Wayne; mother, Clementine Egts of Fort Wayne; brother, David L. (Sandra) Egts of Fort Wayne; nephews, Todd (Jennifer) Egts and Troy (Christina) Egts; and loving companions – his dogs, Max and Baxter.

Funeral service was 1 p.m. Friday at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Visitation was from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in Christian Union Cemetery, Garrett.
