GERALDINE THOMAS, 91
GERALDINE THOMAS, 91, passed away Monday, August 3, 2009, at Riverbend Health Care. Born May 16, 1918, in Portland, Indiana, she moved to Fort Wayne in the mid 1940s. Geraldine married Hoyte Thomas in 1947; he preceded her in death in 1998. She worked as a dental lab technician, retiring in 1980.
Surviving are her children, Cheryl (William) Wiegman; Deborah (William) Archer; Jigger Thomas; Timothy (Teresa) Thomas; Steve (Kay) Thomas; all of Fort Wayne, and Jackie (Jerry) Bobel, of Lorain, Ohio. Also surviving are 18 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services were Thursday at 10:30 A.M. at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Visitation was from 6 to 9 P.M. on Wednesday at the Funeral Home with burial at Lindenwood Cemetery.
Memorials are to Heartland Hospice or ARC.
