THAT’S THE WAY I SAW IT

BASEBALL TRADES MAKE SENSE TO SOMEONE

There were many baseball trades made this season before the July 31st deadline. The average fan has trouble understanding these trades.

Cleveland trading their catcher and first baseman (possible franchise player) to Boston doesn’t appear to have good judgment.

The prospects obtained in these trades will take a few years to completely evaluate. Many have yet to play in the Major Leagues.

I as well as many fans have trouble figuring out these trades. Watching a player on the field will not always reveal their true worth or their attitude in the clubhouse or the problems this player has caused the club.

It is also difficult to get the real answers (background) from sports writers, sports announcers, and club officials.

In the meantime, I believe it is best to just believe that these trades make sense to someone.
