KEITH B. ROSS, 81
KEITH B. ROSS, 81, of Fort Wayne, died Friday, August 10, 2007, at his residence. Born on September 13, 1925, in New Haven, he was the son of Kneale D. and Miranda E. (Grover) Ross; both preceded him in death. He was a 1944 graduate of North Side High School, and also attended Purdue University, Fort Wayne campus. A World War II Navy veteran, he served as a Radar Operator on the U.S.S. Corson. He was the owner of Ross Radio & TV for 50 years. He also delivered for Young’s Flower Shop. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, and also helped with the Cub Scouts. He was a member of Waynedale United Methodist Church. He enjoyed square dancing, cards, camping, telling stories with friends, fishing, and stained glass creations.
Surviving are his wife, Donna P. (Humbarger) Ross of Fort Wayne; two sons, David G. Ross and Richard K. Ross, both of Fort Wayne; two daughters, Barbara Harris of Fort Wayne, and Diane Ross-Baker of Harlan; sister, Phyllis Alter of West Plains, Missouri; and five grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Ross.
Memorial service was Wednesday, August 15, at Waynedale United Methodist Church, 2501 Church Street.
