TOWER BANK PROMOTES

Trois K. Hart, a founding member of Tower Bank, was recently promoted to First Vice President, Marketing Director. Hart has been with Tower since its opening in 1999 and holds over 25 years of experience in marketing and retail banking. Prior to joining Tower Bank, she was Vice President of Marketing at NBD. Hart serves on the Board of Directors for the Advertising Federation of Fort Wayne, the Better Business Bureau and Fort Wayne Educational Foundation.

Susan Chapman was hired as Mortgage Originator of Tower Bank’s Warsaw Financial Center. Previously, Chapman was a Mortgage Originator of the Warsaw area for GMAC Mortgage. She currently serves as an Ambassador for Warsaw/Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce, Associate Member of the Builders Association of Kosciusko and Fulton County, and Public Relations Committee for the Women’s Council of Realtors for Fulton and Marshall County.
