EDNA E. ABBOTT, 93

EDNA E. ABBOTT, 93, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Riverbend Healthcare Center. Born July 23, 1913, in Kosciusko County, she previously worked at many sewing mills. She was a member of Albright United Methodist Church, Mishawaka.

Surviving are her daughter, Carolyn Hoffman of Fort Wayne; three sisters, Alice Swager of Fremont, Virginia (Verl) Hoagland of North Manchester and Cora Bowers of Akron, Indiana; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur L. Abbott on December 14, 1976.

Funeral service was Monday, April 23, 2007 at Bubb Funeral Home, 3910 North Main, Mishawaka. Burial in South Lawn Cemetery, South Bend.
