JOAN LESLIE, 75

JOAN LESLIE, 75, of Yoder, died Tuesday, October 24, 2006, Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born November 3, 1930, in Fort Wayne, she was a member of Anthony Wayne First Church of God. She worked at Dale’s Drive-In for 18 years. She was also Manager at Spencer Gifts for 18 years and lastly, School Bus Aide for S.W.A.C.S. for six years.

Surviving are her son, Steven W. (Roberta) Leslie of Yoder; daughter, Jennifer M. (Chris) Conroy of Yoder; brothers, Clarence E. and Roy K. Saylor, both of Fort Wayne; sister, Violet M. Bellis of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Leslie, in 1993.

Funeral service was Saturday, October 28, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial in St. Paul Cemetery, Briceton, Ohio.

Memorials to American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research.
