Wayne High School Air Force Junior ROTC will sponsor a Red Cross Blood Drive on Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at Wayne High School. Regular donors are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and save a trip to the north side of town.
First-time donors are encouraged to call the American Red Cross at 1-800-860-4447 to help ensure they are actually eligible to donate. Basic requirements are that donors must be at least 17 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in good health. Several other donation restrictions exist which can be discussed over the phone.
Appointments are available on March 29 from 8:00am to 1:45pm. Regular donations as well as the “double red” donation will be accepted. Please call 425-7630 extension 132 between the hours of 8am and 3pm by March 24 to schedule an appointment or to have any questions answered.
