WILLIAM MARK SMITH, 52
WILLIAM MARK SMITH, 52, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, March 7, 2004, in Fort Wayne. Born May 19, 1951, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was a graphic art and display contractor for Glenbrook Mall. He graduated Southside High School in 1969, received his B.A. and Masters from Indiana University. He was a native North American registered with the Kahnawake Mohawk Nation, Quebec, Canada. He attended St. Therese Catholic Church.
Surviving are his mother, Edith A. Smith of Fort Wayne; brothers, Donald (Cindy) Smith of Ducula, Ga. and Daniel Chip (Carlene) Smith of Fort Wayne; sister, Ashlie Taivalkoski of Fort Wayne; nephews, Nick and Greg; and nieces, Jennifer, Emeri and Kacie.
He was preceded in death by his father, William D. Smith, in 1989.
Service was 10 a.m. Friday, March 12th at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road.
