MESSENGER’S TO CELEBRATE 60TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Vivian Louise and Leonard Franklyn Messenger, of Cleveland Avenue, recently announced plans for celebrating their 60th Wedding Anniversary. They were married June 24, 1943 at Westfield Presbyterian Church in Fort Wayne. Celebrating with them will be their children Michael Leonard, Reading, Michigan; Nancy Harz, Fort Wayne; and Art Messenger, Fort Wayne; 8 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren. They are also planning a reception at 1pm on Saturday, June 21, 2003 for family and friends.

Vivian was a homemaker and Leonard was employed by Antibus & Company in Fort Wayne for 50 years before retiring.
