RUTH ANTIN CHAMBERS, 82
Ruth Antin Chambers, 82, died Wednesday, February 5, 2003 at Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Alan R. Chambers, MD and sons, Richard Chambers & Michael Chambers.
She is survived by sons Mark C. Chambers, Fort Wayne; Alan R. Chambers, Jr., Fort Wayne; daughter Melanie R. Davenport, Fort Wayne; brother Walter Antin Hammond, Louisiana; and 9 Grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, February 11, 2003 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home Wayne Street Chapel with entombment in Lindenwood Cemetery – Rabbi Jonathon Katz officiated. Preferred Memorials to American Cancer Society or Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana.
