GLYNN F. STAKER, JR. 86
Glynn F. Staker, Jr. 86, died Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Bluffton, Indiana, he was a machinist at Ajax Tool & Die and retired in 1993. He was a former co-owner of Staker’s Tavern, Waynedale. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion Post 263, and Masonic Lodge 295. He was an Air Force Veteran. He enjoyed his computer and being on AOL. He was a loving Dad and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife Sherrell Staker who passed away in 1999 and by son Steven Staker.
He is survived by daughter Patricia Staker, Fort Wayne; sons Ronald Staker, Convoy, Ohio; Terry Staker, Fort Wayne; Mark Staker, Naples, Florida; Thomas Staker, Naples, Florida; stepdaughter Evelyn Arthur, Dalton, Florida; brother John “Jack” Staker, Bradenton, Florida; 17 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
Visitation was held Thursday, January 23, 2003 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals. Memorials to Visiting Nurse & Hospice of NE Indiana.
