GILBERT RICHARDSON, 75

Gilbert Richardson, 75, died Friday, November 9 at his Fort Wayne residence. A native of Springhope, North Carolina he retired in 1981 from Light World as a sales representative. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. His hobbies were fishing and traveling. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandpa.

He is survived by his wife Carol M. Richardson, Fort Wayne; daughters Harriet A. Hasting, Warrensburg, New York; Coleen E. Shane, Fort Wayne; stepdaughters Cherly L. Richardson, Fort Wayne; Lisa Ann Lahr, Roanoke, Indiana; stepson Terry K. Barnhart, Fort Wayne; brother James Richardson, Angola, Indiana; sister Jenkins Richardson, Portsmouth, Virginia; and 5 grandchildren.

Services were held Tuesday, November 13 at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 1819 Reservation Drive with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials to Visiting Nurse Service & Hospice, Hospice Home of NE Indiana, NE Indiana Kidney Center, and Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.
