WELCOME DR. WALKER
Dr. Walker comes to Brooklyn Medical Associates after his completion of residency with the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program. He is a 2001 graduate from Indiana University School of Medicine. His Bachelor of Science was completed at Manchester College.
Dr. Walker was born in Fort Wayne and grew up on the south side of town. Current Waynedale residents will appreciate that he lives locally right here in Indian Village!
He is a member of the American Medical Association, Fort Wayne Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians, and Indiana Academy of Family Physicians. He is also an Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society Member.
Dr. Walker will begin seeing patients July 26th at 3610 Brooklyn Avenue. If you are looking for a new family practice physician, please call his office at 478-5155 to make those arrangements. A new building at the corner of Brooklyn and Nuttman Avenues is underway and should be completed in November. He will only be at 3610 Brooklyn Avenue for 3-4 months before he moves into the new Brooklyn Medical Associates building next door.
