MARY W. CLARK, 81
MARY W. CLARK, 81, died Monday, March 21, 2005, at Lutheran Home. Born May 6, 1923, in Nitro, West Virgina, she was a longtime Fort Wayne resident, member of Sherman Street Church of God, retired as a Nurse’s Aide at the V.A. Medical Center and was formerly employed at Byron Healthcare Center and also Patterson-Fletcher.
Surviving are sons, David M. (Christine) Clark of Andrews, Tom L. (Cathy) Clark of New Haven and Jay (Judi) Clark of Hudson; sister, Virginia Dobson of Fraziers Bottom, West Virginia; brother, Thomas Carrier of Nitro, West Virginia; grandchildren, Betty Ann (Brad) Graham of Fort Wayne, Adam (Heather) Clark of Huntington, Lori (Jeff) Forker of Fort Wayne, Jamie Clark of New Haven, Wendy Rice of Ashley, Erica Clark of Angola, Dane Clark of Hicksville, Ohio and Phillip Rice of Hudson; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar L. Clark, in 1987. Funeral service was Friday, March 25, at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior to service. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
