ROSALEE GEBHART, 86

ROSALEE GEBHART, 86, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at Renaissance Village. Born March 24, 1919, in Fort Wayne, she was a Nurses Aid for St. Joseph Hospital for 13 years. She was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church, Fort Wayne and past president of American Legion #241 Auxiliary.

Surviving are son, Gerald (Karen) Gebhart of Fort Wayne; daughter, Sharon (Michael) Messenger of Reading, Michigan; daughter-in-law, Janet Gebhart of Roann; extended family, Robert and Marilyn Wagner of New Haven, Marsha Ebetino, Marty Dager and Shelly Osborne; 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Gebhart; son, Thomas Gebhart; and sisters, Eileen Mizerski and Elmeretta Bryne. Mass of Christian Burial was Saturday, April 23, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 2304 Lower Huntington Road. Visitation was at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
