CONGRATULATIONS KATHLEEN MAURER SHELBY

Kathleen Shelby, daughter of long time Waynedale residents, Tony and Julie Maurer, of Fernwood Avenue has graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana State University, in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Kathleen was honored to wear an all gold fourrag’ere with her bachelor’s gown during her commencement ceremony.

Kathleen grew up in Waynedale and attended Saint Therese Elementary School, Kekionga Junior High School and graduated from Elmhurst High School in 1978. Kathleen worked for many years in Human Resources at Lincoln Life, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources on Saturday, December 10, 2005. She is the president of her own consulting firm (KMS Consulting Group Inc.) and lives and works in Henderson, Tennessee.
