BETTER WAYNEDALE BUSINESS
Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission spokesperson Aliza Tourkow will be addressing business owners of Waynedale via a free public meeting on Tuesday, August 13th at Kingston Residence, 7515 Winchester Road at 2 p.m.
Businesses looking to improve their curb appeal may be able to get a boost from the City of Fort Wayne’s Commercial Façade Grant program. The program was introduced by Mayor Tom Henry six years ago and provides local businesses the opportunity to apply for matching grants to improve the exterior of their buildings.
Following the presentation, there will be discussion about creating a Waynedale Business Chamber as well as developing a Waynedale Corridor. All business owners and managers are encouraged to attend.
Organizers of this Waynedale enhancing public meeting are Alex Cornwell of The Waynedale News and Camille Garrison of Kingston Residence.
