On Veteran’s Day, Terry Felix and Jeremy Burdick from the IPFW ROTC presented a certificate to Norma VonGunten, a resident of Kingston Residence Assisted Living on Winchester Road. Her husband Harry VonGunten had served with the Seabees in WWII. This tribute was bestowed by request of Heartland Hospice who honored all their clients with military ties in commemoration of Veteran’s Day. Also pictured is Lorraine McFarland of Heartland.
