G. LUCILLE BIBLE FRANKS, 90

G. LUCILLE BIBLE FRANKS, 90, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, August 1, 2008, at Golden Years Homestead, Fort Wayne. Born August 14, 1917, in Montpelier, Ohio, she was a clerk at Wolfe & Dessauer for 15 years and L.S. Ayres for five years, retiring in 1982.

She was a member of Elmhurst Church of the Nazarene, where she was very involved, and her interests were sewing and crocheting.

She is survived by sons, James (Julie) Franks of Roanoke and Lyle (Christine) Franks of Fort Wayne; daughter, Janet (Jeff) Shively of Spencerville; brother, Willis Bible of Edgerton, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Franks, in 1990; and son, Bobby Franks.

Funeral service was Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, with visitation two hours prior to service.

Burial service was Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at Floral Grove Cemetery, Pioneer, Ohio.
