DARLEEN ROSALIND JACKSON, 72
DARLEEN ROSALIND JACKSON, 72, of Fort Wayne, passed away January 4, 2018 at her residence. She was born January 16, 1945 in Fort Wayne to the late William and Violet (White) McClure.
She retired in 2013 from Lonza as a Sales Merchandiser. She attended The Point Church and was an active member of American Legion Auxiliary #241.
She is survived by her son, Todd Jackson of Fort Wayne; daughter in law, Kimberly Jackson of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Kelsea (Nicole) LeRose, Keaston Jackson, and Kaine Jackson, all of Fort Wayne; great grandchildren, Kapri and Ellison LeRose; sister, Dian Hendrickson of Atlanta, Georgia; several friends and extended family members; and her beloved dog, Katie Sue.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Jackson.
Funeral service was 11am Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809 with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the funeral home.
Burial at Prairie Grove Cemetery.
Preferred memorials may be made to American Legion #241 or Visiting Nurse.
