ANNABEL JANET KING FRENCH, 90
ANNABEL JANET KING FRENCH, 90, passed away on January 10, 2016 while a resident of Heritage Pointe Methodist Home, Warren, Indiana.
Born Febuary 22, 1925 she was the only child of the late Thomas Edward and Lulu (Wickliffe) King. Annabel graduated from Lafayette Central High School Class of 1942. She spent most of her life as a wife, homemaker and mother. She had many interests including cooking, music (singing and playing piano), gardening, yard work and flowers beds, painting, crafts and sewing. She was a member of Nine Mile Church and later became a member of Waynedale United Methodist Church.
Annabel is survived by son J. Lynn (Vicky) French, daughter-in-law Cynthia (Hanes) French; grandchildren Laura French, Thomas French, Christina (Larry) Rutledge, Angela Grubbs, Jennifer French and Sarah French; eight great-grand children; one great, great grandchild; and Goddaughter Sharon (Donald) Bell.
Annabel was proceeded in death by her husband of 71 years Roger J. French; son Thomas J. French; and grand-son-in-law Daniel Grubbs.
Services will be 11AM, Monday, January 18, at Klaehn Fahl and Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road with calling 1 hour prior. Visitation also on Sunday, January 17, from 2 to 6.
Preferred Memorials to Heritage Pointe, Memory Care, Warren, Indiana or to Waynedale United Methodist Church.
