OUSLEY & GMI MERGE
A merger of Ousley Insurance, LLC and GMI Agency, LLC was recently completed. GMI Agency, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of German Mutual Insurance Company of Indiana, which was established in 1868, and is located in Decatur. Kenneth Ousley started his business in Waynedale in 1993. As an independent agent, and then as an agency, Ousley has been a producer of German Mutual business since 2001. This has been a great relationship and one that will continue to benefit the policyholders.
