RICHARD S. BUHR, 57
RICHARD S. BUHR, 57, of Fort Wayne, passed away with his family at his side on February 14, 2014 at Canterbury Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born August 17, 1956 in Fort Wayne to the late Robert and Jolee (Connor) Buhr. He worked in construction and sales. He enjoyed bow hunting, fishing, and water fowl hunting. He also loved and spent time building boats for hunting.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth Anne (Fralick) Buhr of Fort Wayne; children, Shannon (Ric Lopez) Monroe of San Francisco, California, Darren (Mandy) Monroe of Fort Wayne, Sarah Buhr of Houston, Texas, Melissa (Chuck) Smith of Phoenix, Arizona, Christopher Buhr of Fort Wayne, Amanda Buhr and Haley Buhr, both of New Orleans, Louisiana, and Mitchell Buhr of Hartford, Tennessee, siblings, Robert Buhr of Fort Wayne, Rena (John – Deceased) Morris of Atlanta, Georgia, Patty (Dennis) Rohrs of Fort Wayne, Sharon Buhr of Atlanta, GA, Eric (Ellen) Buhr of Fort Wayne, and Michelle Black of Albion, IN; and grandchildren, Jayne, Arissa, Kaylee, Rylan, Jolee, Elijah, and Lena.
A Memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Elzey- Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809 with calling one hour prior.
