PAUL EDWARD STUCK
PAUL EDWARD STUCK went to his heavenly home on March 6th. He was born Feb. 26, 1925 in Bluffton, IN. Paul was a loving and devoted husband of 68 years to his wife, Virginia (Kreigh), whom he met at Central High School. Their courtship started in English class when Ginny passed him a note with her address on it. They began their long distance relationship while Paul was in the Navy and she hooked him for good when he returned home.
He was a wonderful father to his son Greg (Nancy) from Nashville, Tennessee, and his daughter Diane (Joe Schumm) of Fort Wayne.
He was grandpa to his four grandchildren: Richard (Annie) of Jacksonville Florida, Ashley (Martin) of Chicago, Ryan of Nashville, Tennessee, and Joey of Fort Wayne, and two great grandchildren: Makala and Henry of Jacksonville.
He is also survived by his brother Don Stuck of California and many nieces and nephews and was preceded in death by his brother Max Stuck and his sister Irene Yaste.
Paul was a member of Waynedale Methodist Church and the American Legion Post 241. Paul served his country in the U.S Navy as a Specialist X Petty Officer Second Class. He retired after 38 years from International Harvester where he was a design engineer.
Funeral Service was 10:00 am Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Rd. Chapel, 6424 Winchester Rd. Visitation was 2-4 and 6-8 pm Friday, March 8, 2013 at the funeral home.
Entombment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
