CHRISTMAS TREE FUNDRAISER

122nd Fighter Wing recruit Michael Streeter and son Abraham inspect Christmas trees for sale at the 122nd Fighter Wing’s Historical Air Park, Baer Field Heritage Park.The Non-Commissioned Officer Academy Graduates Association, Chapter 89, will be selling Christmas Trees in 122nd Fighter Wing Baer Field Heritage Park. The trees are scotch pines and are available for a $20 donation.

The donations will be used to support the Woodburn Christian Children’s Home. The home operates solely on donations from individuals and organizations in the community. The Woodburn Christian Children’s Home provides a family environment for children who are homeless or who have other special needs. The home is an avid supporter of the military. Children in the past have graduated from high school and joined the military; some of the children are sons and daughters of former military members.

The Non-Commissioned Officer Academy Graduates Association used the funds in previous years to purchase items needed by the home, such as new refrigerators, washer & dryer sets, and dining room chairs.

The Christmas Tree sale will be every day starting Friday, November 30th through Sunday, December 23rd or until the trees are sold out. Hours are 5:15PM – 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday; 12:00 – 7:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday.
