LUTHERAN HEALTH NETWORK WINE OPENER
Leading the fight against cystic fibrosis, the Indiana Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will host the ninth annual Lutheran Health Network Wine Opener presented by the Mary Cross Tippmann Foundation at Historic Lincoln Tower Lobby on November 17, 2012. There will be a VIP reception from 5:30-7:00 p.m. with entertainment provided by Kyrou’s Music Stuido. The main event will take place from 7:00-10:00 p.m.
“Anyone 21 years or older wishing to positively impact the lives of individuals affected by cystic fibrosis is encouraged to attend,” said Lanette Nelson, Development Manager for the Indiana Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. “With nearly 90 cents of every dollar raised going to support research, patrons will have a fabulous time sampling a variety of wine and appetizers while supporting a very worthy cause.”
The event features a wide array of delectable wines, many from the world’s best known areas. In addition to sampling beverages, guests will also be able to delight in tasty cuisine from several area restaurants. Current participating vendors are Cap n’ Cork, Casa Ristorante, Club Soda, DeBrand Fine Chocolates, Blondies Cookies, Bandido’s, Geoglein’s Catering and the Olive Twist! All guests will have the opportunity to mix and mingle among the fabulous silent auction and also enjoy the instant wine cellar.
