FAYE MARIE SMITH, 94
FAYE MARIE SMITH, 94, of Fort Wayne, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at the Towne House. She was born May 24, 1918 in Allen County to the late James Edward and Leona (Essex) Spuller. She worked in the print shop at Lincoln National Life, retiring after 20 years. Mrs. Smith was a member of Hope United Methodist Church, Allen County Homemakers Club, and the Links. She enjoyed and excelled at cooking and gardening. She also enjoyed wintering in Florida and spending time at her Crooked Lake Home.
Surviving are daughters, Barbara Felt of Fredericksburg, VA and Janice M. (Ken) Coleman of West Lafayette, IN; four grandchildren, John (Susan) Felt, Elizabeth (Christopher) Warren, Doug (Pamela) Coleman, and Stephanie (Phil) Vyhanek; siblings, Paul Spuller , John Spuller, and Annella Smith, all of Fort Wayne.
Also preceding her in death was her husband of 67 years, Dean Smith who passed away in 2006 and brother, Richard Spuller.
A funeral service was Monday, August 6, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, In 46809 with visitation 2 hours prior to services. Burial in Poe Williamsport Cemetery.
